Description

Implement and tailor hospital information systems for clients by analyzing their needs and workflows. You’ll train healthcare staff and create documentation, while collaborating with customers and developers as a bridge between product development and real-world practice—writing user stories for new features in an agile setup.

Responsibilities

• Implement a hospital information system for client organizations

• Analyze client needs and processes and adapt the system accordingly

• Train healthcare personnel and produce documentation

• Consult with customers and developers; connect development with clinical practice

• Participate in defining new features and write user stories

Requirements

• Strong interest in technology and ability to quickly understand complex software

• Experience with XAML and SQL; familiarity with Scrum methodology

• Ability to write user stories and collaborate within an agile team

• Secondary or university education (healthcare or IT is an advantage)

• Valid B driving license; travel across the Czech Republic is required

• Excellent communication skills and willingness to work with non-technical users

• Independence along with teamwork skills
