Description

You will gather, analyze, and document IT business requirements and produce IT specifications for business projects—especially in logistics systems. The role includes recommending and helping implement optimal IT solutions, creating feasibility studies, supporting UAT, and coordinating analytical workshops with business and technical stakeholders. You’ll work in an international environment and report to the Technology Platform Technical Manager.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and prepare documentation and IT requirement specifications for business projects
• Recommend optimal IT solutions and participate in their implementation based on business process knowledge and existing IT systems/standards
• Develop feasibility studies for new IT solutions and for changes to existing in-house or externally sourced systems
• Organize and lead analysis meetings
• Create documentation for implemented solutions
• Define implementation priorities for individual requirements
• Support acceptance testing (UAT)
• Collaborate closely with business owners, project managers, architects, and external suppliers; work with group partners in an international setting
• Report to the Technology Platform Technical Manager

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN, modeling tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect), and Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, others) and software engineering
• Ability to collect and document business and functional requirements
• Experience in logistics systems
• Knowledge of Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools
• Intermediate SQL knowledge
• Strong communication with both technical and business stakeholders, including internationally (English B2+)
