Description

You will analyze business needs and document and optimize business processes from the perspective of their technical implementation. You will define requirements and acceptance criteria for IT systems together with the Product Owner to build the product backlog. You will also analyze data and user feedback to continuously improve the product and related business processes, participating in the full project lifecycle from discovery through testing and go-live.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and optimize business processes with technical implementation in mind

• Define requirements and acceptance criteria for IT systems with the Product Owner

• Build and maintain the product backlog

• Analyze data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement

• Participate in the end-to-end project cycle (from needs definition to tests and release)

• Work within an interdisciplinary team and with external suppliers

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Analyst in IT projects

• Knowledge and practical use of business requirements documentation techniques

• Experience modeling processes using UML and BPMN

• Ability to define product backlog with a Product Owner

• Independent work style and strong analytical skills

• Process-oriented thinking and comfort working with data

• Understanding of complex service-oriented business processes

• Understanding of IT system architecture, including data governance and application integration methods

• High communication competencies for dialogue with business and IT people
