Description

You will analyze and translate business requirements into scalable, technically compatible solutions and support the full delivery cycle. The role includes creating API definitions and functional specifications for front-end and back-end, supporting Agile squads and Waterfall projects, and contributing to planning, testing, incident analysis, and data migration. You will also create and describe user stories deliverable within one sprint and support daily run activities and incidents for the CEE region.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business requirements into scalable, technically compatible solutions

• Create API definitions and functional specifications (front-end and back-end)

• Support Agile squads and Waterfall projects

• Participate in planning, testing, incident analysis, and data migration

• Support daily run activities and incidents in the CEE region

• Create and describe user stories deliverable in one sprint

Requirements

• Fluent English (at least B2) and Czech/Slovak

• Strong communication skills and proactive approach

• Ability to understand complex systems and propose improvements

• Experience with REST, SOAP, APIs, Kafka, and Postman

• Knowledge of UML/BPMN and process-oriented work

• Technical background; banking/insurance domain is an advantage
