Description

You will gather, analyze, and structure business needs for upcoming project releases, then prepare functional and non-functional requirements for stakeholders.

You will decompose requirements into use cases, user stories, and scenarios, and support teams with architecture concepts, process/data modeling, and integration/API design.

You will also create UML diagrams, prepare test scenarios/cases for acceptance testing, validate requirement consistency, and ensure data privacy and regulatory requirements are reflected in the solution.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and structure business needs for project releases
• Create functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholder input
• Decompose requirements into use cases, user stories, and development scenarios
• Develop solution architecture concepts using IT best practices and standards
• Model business processes and data flows
• Prepare data models and specify integration/API solutions
• Analyze applicable laws and derive requirements from regulations
• Create use cases with UML diagrams
• Prepare test scenarios/cases and participate in acceptance testing
• Verify requirement consistency and alignment with the architectural concept
• Collaborate with system analysts, architects, developers, and UX/UI teams
• Support project teams in defining requirements per system
• Co-contribute to the architectural roadmap management
• Prepare feasibility studies
• Ensure personal data security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT analysis (business and systems analysis)
• Practical knowledge of SQL and database technologies (relational and non-relational)
• Knowledge of integration design and APIs
• Ability to model data
• Experience with Enterprise Architect or similar modeling/specification tooling
• Practical knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
• Skills to write requirements specifications and break them into use cases and user stories
• Ability to create test scenarios and test cases
• Knowledge of BPMN for business process modeling
• Knowledge of UML
• Analytical thinking to translate business needs into IT solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders
