Description

You will analyze business processes and system integrations to implement AI workflows and AI agents into customer software solutions. The role includes mapping current processes, identifying where AI fits, gathering and structuring business requirements, and translating them into actionable specifications for technical teams. You will also coordinate stakeholders and evaluate practical use cases for current AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform business and integration analysis for implementing AI workflows and AI agents
• Map existing customer processes and propose how the solution should work
• Collect and structure business requirements and convert them into technical assignment for engineering teams
• Propose integrations between AI solutions and other systems and applications
• Communicate with customers and technical teams; coordinate to deliver functional solutions
• Organize and facilitate meetings, present proposals, and negotiate solutions across stakeholders
• Monitor current AI technology options and find practical applications in projects

Requirements

• Prior experience in an IT/business analyst role (medior or senior)
• Integration analysis experience; understanding how systems communicate
• Practical knowledge of AI technologies, LLMs, or AI agents; awareness of capabilities and limitations
• Ability to understand and decompose business processes and propose where/how to integrate new solutions
• Strong communication skills with both business and technical teams
• Negotiation ability and solution-finding that makes sense for the customer and the technical team
• Proactive attitude: ask questions, look for context, and come with your own proposals
