Description

You will own and grow the Optimization and Licensing Assessment (OLA) program, including strategy, roadmap, annual goals, and delivery targets across multiple assessment offerings. The role turns program data into decisions through reporting and forecasting, and coordinates vendor and partner relationships to align incentives, roadmap, and commercial operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute OLA program strategy, owning roadmap, annual goals, and delivery targets across offerings while negotiating complex partner and vendor deals.
• Build and maintain dashboards and forecasting models to interpret analytical data and recommend where to invest, what to prioritize, and how to course-correct.
• Manage third-party vendor and consulting partner relationships, including roadmap alignment, incentive design, invoicing, and commercial coordination.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (Product Marketing, Service teams, Field teams, and aligned Program teams) to support go-to-market strategy.
• Gather and synthesize customer and partner feedback to inform product feature requests and future road-mapping with product and engineering.
