Description

Drive the development and evolution of an AI platform and AI/Document Intelligence services, including product strategy, long-term vision, and roadmap planning. Identify high-impact AI and LLM use cases in business processes, prioritize initiatives by business value and ROI, and ensure quality, scalability, and effectiveness of deployed services. Coordinate delivery work to achieve business goals with a focus on measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the development strategy for the AI platform and related AI services
• Create long-term vision for AI solutions supporting business processes
• Build and maintain AI product roadmaps based on business needs and market trends
• Identify new opportunities for AI and LLM models within the organization
• Prioritize initiatives using business value, automation potential, and expected ROI
• Oversee development of shared services used across multiple business processes
• Ensure reusability, scalability, and stability of AI solutions
• Monitor effectiveness of deployed services and initiate optimization actions
• Define standards for assessing AI service quality and efficiency
• Coordinate work for platform development and ensure business objectives are met
• Deliver services with a strong automation/process focus, including Data & Analytics and large-scale AI

Requirements

• 6–7+ years of commercial experience delivering similar AI initiatives
• Experience defining and executing AI product/platform development strategy
• Experience building long-term vision and portfolio for AI services/solutions
• Ability to identify business areas with high automation and optimization potential
• Experience creating product and service roadmaps for AI
• Ability to prioritize initiatives based on business value and expected benefits/ROI
• Strong orientation toward measurable business results
• Knowledge of the AI solutions market and document processing trends
• Understanding of automated document information capture, classification, and extraction
• Knowledge of LLM applications in business solutions
• Ability to evaluate AI quality, effectiveness, and usability
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into business benefits
• Experience developing and increasing adoption of AI platforms in an organization
• Knowledge of AI security, regulatory compliance, and risk management
• Experience delivering projects that connect business and technology domains
