Description

You will own product for Robotaxi operational software domains, enabling fleet-scale operations through internal tooling and partner coordination. The role requires defining the problem, writing clear specifications, and coordinating with software engineering and operations so the team does not become a bottleneck for launch and scaling. You will lead product solutioning across multiple ecosystem domains while coordinating with the existing RMS product manager.

Responsibilities

• Own registration and insurance access for first responders, including expanding markets beyond Texas

• Lead PM solutioning across Robotaxi software ecosystem domains (demand planning, charging, payables, service)

• Identify and solution cross-team gaps across domains

• Partner with software engineering, operations, and the RMS product manager without duplicating RMS ownership

• Write clear specs, cut scope when needed, and ensure named owners for ownerless flows

Requirements

• Experience as a product manager owning operational or internal software used by other teams

• Ability to operate in ambiguous problem spaces with many stakeholders and no existing playbook

• Technical credibility with software engineers; lead design conversations and make trade-offs

• Track record coordinating across teams you do not directly control

• Clear written and verbal communication; produce specs and decisions others can execute

• Experience with fleet, logistics, vehicle operations, or similarly operational domains (preferred)

Expected Compensation

$136,000–$264,000 annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits.
