Description

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for sales technology projects that accelerate the growth and efficiency of the GTM organization. Lead initiatives to build best-in-class tools for seller productivity and improve data foundations for an AI-first advertiser experience. Measure impact using experimentation, metrics, and customer feedback across seller efficiency, revenue, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and architecture for sales teams focused on growing the advertiser base

• Identify automation and experience-improvement opportunities by deeply understanding seller and advertiser problems

• Build tools that improve seller productivity (account planning, customer health scoring, relationship management, data quality and enrichment, LOB expansion)

• Improve data foundations for AI-first strategy (entity resolution, enrichment, data orchestration)

• Use experimentation, metrics, and customer feedback to measure impact

• Lead cross-functional efforts across engineering, vendors, systems owners, and business stakeholders

• Translate GTM strategy and operational needs into PRDs, success metrics, and engineering priorities

• Drive adoption and change management for new product capabilities across GTM teams

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience across GTM systems, Enterprise SaaS technology, and AI-powered tooling

• Strong fluency in modern GTM systems such as Salesforce, marketing automation, data enrichment tools, lead routing & scoring, billing, or customer lifecycle tools

• Proven ability to drive cross-functional influence, strategic alignment, and executive communication

• Analytical; comfortable defining KPIs, running experiments, and using data to prioritize product investments

• Thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments requiring continuous shaping, testing, and fast improvements
