Description

Own the operating cadence and end-to-end execution of high-priority cross-functional product programs, from initial alignment and launch enablement through rollout and post-launch follow-through. Build integrated program plans and decision forums that align teams, surface risks, and drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of the company’s highest-priority product programs (alignment → launch → rollout → post-launch follow-through).

  • Create integrated program plans covering scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, decision points, success measures, and escalation paths.

  • Own the annual, half-year, and quarterly product planning cadence in partnership with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership.

  • Maintain a coherent, current view of the product roadmap across teams, including priorities, commitments, capacity constraints, sequencing, and cross-team dependencies.

  • Facilitate strategy reviews, roadmap decisions, launch reviews, executive updates, and retrospectives.

  • Capture learnings from launches and planning cycles and turn them into improved defaults for future programs.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, product management, business operations, or a related role in a technology company.

  • Demonstrated success leading complex, high-stakes cross-functional product launches or multi-quarter programs from strategy through rollout and adoption.

  • Experience designing or running roadmap, prioritization, and planning cadences across multiple product and engineering teams.

  • Proven ability to build repeatable systems and ways of working.

  • Strong written and verbal communication, including concise, decision-ready updates to executives and senior stakeholders.

  • Enterprise B2B SaaS experience with complex customer implementations, migrations, or phased product rollouts (preferred).
