Description

You will analyze how customers’ businesses currently operate and identify opportunities to improve business processes through modern business and IT trends. You will research, validate, and test new uses of AI/LLM models for automating business processes, and contribute to developing IT solutions and products that increase value for customers. The role also involves acting as a business or technology consultant and coordinating communication between customers and the internal team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customers’ current business operations and identify improvement opportunities

• Explore and validate new ways to use the latest IT and business trends

• Propose and test AI/LLM capabilities for business process automation

• Develop IT solutions and products focused on increasing customer-added value

• Participate in projects as a business or technology consultant

• Communicate with customers and business owners; bridge communication between the customer and the internal team

Requirements

• Experience from consulting, business analysis, or business & IT product development

• Interest in business and IT innovations

• Strong analytical skills and structured thinking

• Ability to quickly get oriented in new topics

• Agility and flexibility

• Excellent communication skills (customer discussions, leading workshops)

• Leadership and coordination skills

• Advanced English for communication (spoken and written)

• Ability to take responsibility and follow through to completion

• Customer-oriented and team-oriented mindset
