Description

Drive the delivery and expansion of Intelligent Automation consulting services across global clients. Serve as a strategic leader and subject matter expert for AI and hyperautomation journeys, defining enterprise-wide strategies, leading large-scale engagements, and aligning with executive stakeholders to deliver measurable efficiency gains.

Responsibilities

  • Advise C-suite executives on technology and AI-driven automation strategies
  • Define enterprise-wide IA strategies integrating RPA, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Smart Workflows, and Cognitive Analytics
  • Develop business cases and measurable outcomes (KPIs, ROI)
  • Stay current on emerging trends in AI, Generative AI, and automation platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Platform)
  • Manage delivery of complex IA programs (on-time, on-budget)
  • Collaborate with architects and engineering teams for technical soundness and scalability
  • Lead process assessment and re-engineering to identify automation opportunities
  • Establish governance and risk management for quality and compliance
  • Lead pre-sales activities (proposals, client presentations, SOW definitions) and expand client relationships
  • Contribute to practice development via best practices, accelerators, and thought leadership

Requirements

  • 10+ years in technology consulting, including 5+ years in Intelligent Automation, RPA, and AI/ML transformation programs
  • Leadership experience managing global teams and diverse stakeholders
  • Deep technical understanding of Intelligent Automation technologies
  • Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Consulting toolkit: strategy design, business value realization, ROI modeling, executive workshop facilitation
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence C-level stakeholders
  • Familiarity with process improvement methods and delivery methodologies (Agile, SDLC)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
