Description

You’ll work at the intersection of IT, digital projects, and marketing—helping turn ideas into solutions that actually work. The role includes developing digital products and services, testing new functionality, coordinating implementation with internal teams and external vendors, and taking ownership of smaller projects from assignment to launch. You’ll also manage internal applications and SaaS tools, support web/CMS updates, and contribute to digital content and marketing UX.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development of digital products and services

• Define how new features/solutions work from the user perspective

• Test deliverables and coordinate realization with internal teams and external suppliers

• Own smaller digital projects end-to-end (from request to launch)

• Identify technological solutions for new business needs

• Take over oversight of internal apps, SaaS services, and digital tools

• Manage accounts, licenses, access, and documentation

• Diagnose system issues, determine what can be solved in-house, and escalate when vendor involvement is needed

• Coordinate with an external IT provider responsible for infrastructure, network, firewalls, and servers

• Support administration and development of company websites

• Perform basic CMS work and operational website edits

• Coordinate external specialists/vendors

• Connect technical aspects with marketing and user experience for selected projects

• Help create digital content outputs (e.g., guides, product presentations, dynamic videos)

Requirements

• Interest in technology and willingness to try new tools

• Familiarity with CRM, SaaS, and CMS concepts

• Ability to learn technical topics and understand systems thoroughly

• Strong user-focused sense for how digital products should look and work

• Ability to generate ideas and deliver measurable outcomes

• Ability to communicate effectively with IT vendors and marketing colleagues

• Ability to organize work and manage multiple ongoing initiatives

• Troubleshooting mindset: naturally search for solutions when problems arise
