Description

Lead Intelligent Automation consulting services delivery and expansion across global clients. Serve as a strategic leader and subject matter expert, defining enterprise-wide AI and hyperautomation strategies and managing large-scale engagements with executive stakeholders. Implement automation solutions that improve business efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise C-suite and senior leaders on technology and AI-driven automation strategy
• Define enterprise-wide Intelligent Automation strategies integrating RPA, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Smart Workflows, and Cognitive Analytics
• Build business cases and define measurable outcomes (KPIs, ROI)
• Stay current on emerging AI (including Generative AI) and automation platform trends (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Platform)
• Manage delivery of complex Intelligent Automation programs (on-time, on-budget)
• Coordinate with Solution Architects and engineering teams for technical soundness, scalability, and alignment
• Lead process assessment and re-engineering to find high-impact automation opportunities
• Establish governance and risk management frameworks for quality and compliance
• Support pre-sales: proposals, client presentations, and statement of work definitions
• Grow client relationships to identify new Intelligent Automation opportunities
• Contribute to practice development via best practices, accelerators, and thought leadership

Requirements

• 7–8+ years in technology consulting, including 3–4+ years in Intelligent Automation, RPA, and AI/ML transformation programs
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional or distributed teams and stakeholders
• Strong understanding of Intelligent Automation technologies and hands-on exposure to leading RPA/BPM platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Platform, Camunda, Appian)
• Working knowledge of Agentic Orchestration, ML, NLP, or Computer Vision concepts applied to business automation
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Consulting toolkit: strategy design, business value realization, ROI modeling, executive workshop facilitation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence C-level stakeholders
• Familiarity with process improvement methods and delivery methodologies (Agile, SDLC)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Business or equivalent practical experience
