Description

You’ll help shape and improve how customers use everyday and savings accounts and how they make payments—from immediate payments to international transfers. The role combines opportunity discovery using data and customer feedback, validating and designing the best solutions, and delivering them with cross-functional teams. Over time, you’ll go deeper into the payments domain, including regulation and communication with international partners.

Responsibilities

• Own accounts and payments end-to-end (understand how clients use accounts and how they pay)
• Identify opportunities by analyzing data, customer feedback, customer journey, market, and competition
• Lead product design: find the best solutions, validate them, and consider the view of customers, business, and technical options
• Bring ideas to reality by ensuring delivery on time, with required quality, and with a sensible business case
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across the bank (tech lead and development, business analytics, BI, research, marketing, CRM, Legal, Compliance, branches, and contact center)
• Present proposals and results to bank leadership and discuss them in steering meetings
• Progressively deepen your knowledge of the payments landscape, including its evolution and regulation, and communicate with foreign partners and institutions

Requirements

• Understand product management and be motivated to grow further in it
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to move things forward independently
• Product thinking from both customer and business perspectives
• Willingness to tackle complex problems and continuously learn
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive initiatives to completion
• Clear communication and ability to explain and defend your viewpoint
• Very good English for working with international partners and institutions
• Advanced ability to work with AI and desire to explore further AI use in your work
• Ideally experience in financial services or payments (if not, the role can be learned with time)
