Description

You will co-create and develop modern digital banking solutions for internet and mobile channels, ensuring regulatory compliance, security, and a high-quality user experience. You will connect customer needs with business goals and technological capabilities, owning the product lifecycle from discovery through implementation. AI/LLM experience is a strong advantage for supporting innovative digital services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own digital product initiatives supporting business clients in payments, accounts, liquidity management, and data exchange
• Co-create product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory, security, and user experience quality requirements
• Define and track KPIs using product data analysis
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI and teams working with enterprise-class systems
• Support system integrations via APIs

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital product development
• Experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or a related role
• Practical experience in banking, fintech, or financial services
• Strong knowledge of at least one domain: domestic/international payments, cash management, payment cards, order handling, data exchange
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle from discovery to implementation
• Knowledge of APIs and system integrations; experience with enterprise-class systems
• Agile methodology experience
• Ability to define KPIs and analyze product data
• Collaboration skills with UX/UI
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of banking regulations, AML, security, and risk management
• Experience using or implementing AI/LLM solutions
