Description

You will join a long-term project supporting the development of digital banking for business and corporate customers. The role covers product discovery and delivery for products available in online banking and mobile applications, including hypothesis validation, product vision/roadmaps, prioritization, and backlog planning. You will also define KPIs, monitor adoption, evaluate business results, and design customer journeys with UX/UI and analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Run product discovery and delivery for digital banking products in web and mobile channels

• Identify customer needs; analyze data and market trends; formulate and verify product hypotheses

• Co-create product vision, strategy, and roadmap; translate into releases, increments, and backlog items

• Prioritize initiatives considering business value, customer needs, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements

• Support development of products such as payments, accounts, cash management, cards, and banking integrations

• Define KPIs; monitor product adoption; evaluate business outcomes

• Design customer journeys with UX/UI, analytics, and technology teams

• Work with Agile teams on sprint planning, refinements, and sprint reviews

• Align integration requirements across digital channels, transactional systems, core banking, and external solutions

• Manage dependencies, risks, and priorities with business, IT, compliance, and legal stakeholders

• Prepare business cases, product communications, and recommendations for further solution development

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital product development, including a Product Owner/Product Manager or similar role

• Experience in banking/fintech/financial services, especially digital product and service development

• Practical knowledge of at least one domain: domestic & international payments, accounts, cash management, cards, order handling, or file-based data exchange

• Experience leading a product end-to-end from discovery and vision definition to delivery, implementation, and optimization

• Experience building product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and backlog management

• Experience with customer journey design and collaboration with UX/UI

• Knowledge of API integrations and experience collaborating with core banking/transactional/enterprise systems

• Ability to define KPIs and make data-driven decisions using product analytics and customer feedback

• Experience working with cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams

• Experience managing stakeholders, dependencies, and priorities in complex organizations

• Knowledge of regulatory areas related to payments, digital product security, risk, and AML/KYC

• Independence in product decision-making; orientation toward business value and user experience

• English at least B2
