Description

You will design and develop digital banking and financial products, owning the process from discovery through solution definition, delivery, and measurement of outcomes. The role focuses on turning product vision into priorities and backlog items, using customer journey work, UX collaboration, and data-driven decision making. You’ll work closely with UX/UI, research, development, and business stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop digital banking and financial products

  • Create UX solutions that reflect user needs and business goals

  • Participate in Design Sprint and Design Thinking workshops (including moderating or supporting the moderator)

  • Prepare and conduct usability tests for digital products

  • Prepare and run qualitative user research

  • Verify business assumptions against real user needs

  • Analyze research findings and translate them into concrete solution ideas

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, researchers, and development teams

  • Develop and effectively use the Design System

  • Work with analysts, the business client, and other technical teams

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital product development, including experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar

  • Experience in banking, fintech, or delivering complex products for financial institutions

  • Practical knowledge of at least one domain: domestic/international payments, accounts, liquidity management, cards, order handling, data exchange, digital onboarding, corporate credits, platform services, or mobile applications

  • End-to-end product development experience (discovery → defining solutions → implementation → evaluating results)

  • Ability to create product vision, strategy, and roadmap and translate them into priorities and a backlog

  • Experience designing customer journeys and collaborating with UX/UI teams

  • Knowledge of API integrations and experience with central/transactional systems and enterprise solutions

  • Ability to make product decisions based on data, customer needs, business goals, and technological constraints

  • Experience defining and monitoring KPIs and evaluating digital product effectiveness

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional IT teams in Agile/Scrum

  • Stakeholder management skills, including alignment of priorities and clear communication of business and technology decisions

  • Knowledge of banking regulations, AML, and digital product security, risk management, and fraud prevention

  • Ability to design solutions compliant with security, stability, and compliance requirements

  • Independence, ownership of the assigned area, analytical thinking, and decision-making

  • Ability to quickly understand the business, process, and technology context and operate in complex organizational structures

  • English at least B2
