Description

You will define and evolve the product vision in line with organizational strategy and business needs. You will manage the product backlog, prioritize requirements with key stakeholders, and coordinate end-to-end delivery of projects and implementations—from concept to production launch. The role includes business and pre-implementation analysis and ensuring alignment with business, regulatory, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop product vision aligned with organizational strategy and business needs
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize requirements with key stakeholders
• Conduct business and pre-implementation analyses for solutions supporting banking processes
• Define change scope, prepare solution concepts, and collaborate with analysis and technology teams
• Coordinate end-to-end project and deployment delivery through production go-live
• Monitor schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies between initiatives
• Collaborate with business, development, architecture, test teams, and external suppliers
• Lead the implementation team’s work and support project goal achievement
• Monitor product effectiveness and identify areas for further development and optimization
• Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for management and key stakeholders
• Ensure solutions meet business, regulatory, and quality requirements
• Actively support digital transformation and the development of modern banking services

Requirements

• Experience managing IT projects, programs, or products (preferably in the banking sector)
• Practical experience coordinating projects and managing a portfolio of business-technology initiatives
• Ability to manage project teams and collaborate with stakeholders at different organizational levels
• Very good understanding of banking processes and products in a regulated environment
• Experience defining business requirements and conducting business/pre-implementation analyses
• Knowledge of systems analysis methods and tools; ability to translate business needs into technology solutions
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum and knowledge of classic project management methodologies
• Experience planning scope, preparing schedules, and monitoring delivery of project goals
• Data-driven decision making and strong analytical skills
• Organized work style: independence, attention to detail, and responsibility
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Project
• Experience in international environments and effective communication with diverse stakeholder groups
