Description

You will own the end-to-end strategy and delivery for acquiring products—from initial vision and technical infrastructure through market launch and customer adoption. You will drive customer experience to be intuitive for both customers and bank employees, while maintaining strong NPS throughout the product lifecycle. You are responsible for business and budget outcomes, including profitability monitoring and efficiency improvements, and you will lead key cross-departmental projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive product strategy for acquiring offerings (cards, payment gateway, terminals, and ATM sponsorship) for SME and corporate clients.
• Ensure high customer experience from front to back, keeping processes user-friendly for customers and bank teams, and support high NPS at each stage of the product lifecycle.
• Deliver business and budget targets for the acquiring area; actively seek new revenue streams and cost optimizations.
• Monitor portfolio profitability (P&L) and initiate actions to improve process and financial efficiency.
• Independently run key cross-departmental deployments, ensuring all components fit together.
• Act as an ambassador for the acquiring domain within the bank.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a product manager role.
• Excellent knowledge of the payments market.
• Higher education.
• Experience leading projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in matrix organizations.
• English proficiency to run presentations and meetings.
• Experience leading or co-leading marketing initiatives and CRM campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Creativity, accuracy, and systematic work style.
