You will provide technical support to users of CATIA and Creo, helping resolve their requests and problems and finding the right solution in everyday practice. You will also work in a PLM Windchill environment; knowledge of Windchill is not required, as everything you need will be taught.

Responsibilities

• Support CATIA and Creo users with their requests and issues
• Troubleshoot problems and help identify appropriate solutions

Requirements

• Experience with CATIA or Creo
• Technical and logical thinking
• Ability to search for solutions to problems
