Description

IT Support Technician role supporting corporate clients with workstation IT, networking, server maintenance, and cloud solutions. Most client work is performed remotely, with occasional on-site visits when needed. Training for the required technical topics will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to corporate clients for their workstations
• Support and maintain network environments
• Maintain and support servers
• Assist with cloud-based solutions
• Communicate with end users and help resolve issues
• Handle occasional client travel as required

Requirements

• Ability to communicate with users
• Carefulness and attention to detail
• Independence
• Clean criminal record and high school graduation (maturita)
• Knowledge of Windows at least at an advanced user level
• Basic orientation in IT
• Technical interest and positive attitude toward IT
• Ability and willingness to learn
• Commitment to self-education in the IT field
