Description

You will help customers use services and products in the area of electronic certificates, electronic signatures, and digital trust. The role includes client communication, technical and user support, troubleshooting, and working with internal systems along with related administration. You’ll collaborate with a team and an area lead for more complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and help resolve their requests
• Provide technical and user support
• Identify and help solve problems reported by customers
• Work with internal systems and complete related administrative tasks
• Collaborate with the department lead and communicate with colleagues

Requirements

• Minimum completed secondary education with a high school diploma (maturity exam)
• Proficiency with a computer and basic tools (Windows, Office)
• Clear and friendly communication skills
• Calm, professional approach to problem-solving
• Interest in technology and desire to orient further in the field
• Reliability and ability to see tasks through to completion
• Basic English communication
