Description

Manage and ensure reliable, secure operation of organizational IT services. Lead the IT team and external vendors, oversee L1/L2 support and application administration, and deliver IT projects aligned with business goals.

Partner on cyber risk management in line with NIS2 and help implement continuity and security processes, including ISO 27001:2022.

Responsibilities

• Manage the IT department and operate the IT team and outsourcing partners, including their development

• Set team goals, ensure coverage/backup, and monitor goal achievement

• Manage external suppliers and contractual relationships, ensuring SLA compliance

• Coordinate L1 and L2 services and manage applications

• Ensure stable, secure IT service operations: availability, performance, and security

• Ensure IT operations comply with internal directives and legislative requirements

• Define and optimize processes, including security policies, and oversee documentation management

• Oversee access management and data protection

• Coordinate plans for business continuity and disaster recovery (BCP/DR)

• Lead change management

• Plan and implement IT projects

• Collaborate on implementing cyber risk management according to NIS2

• Collaborate with application business owners

Requirements

• Secondary or higher education in IT

• Communicative English

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar IT management position

• Knowledge of network infrastructure and cybersecurity; experience with common and specialized hardware and software

• Experience with on-premise and cloud operations

• Basic orientation in virtualization and storage

• Knowledge of ISO 27001:2022 principles

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lead and motivate teams

• Ability to define priorities and complete projects

• Ability to coordinate changes
