Description

You will build and evolve backend services in Golang, including new components and enhancements to existing systems. Work includes API development and integrations, data processing, business logic on the backend, and optimization for performance, stability, and scalability. You’ll collaborate with backend and frontend developers, testers, architects, and product owners.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Golang
• Build new components and features in existing systems
• Create and develop APIs and integrations with external systems
• Implement business logic on the backend
• Work with SQL, NoSQL, or NewSQL databases
• Optimize performance, stability, and scalability
• Debug and resolve technical issues
• Use Docker-based containerization and runtime environments
• Maintain code quality: readability, testability, and maintainability
• Participate in technical solution design, estimation, code review, and planning
• Use AI tools to support coding and automate parts of development

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of Golang
• Experience designing and developing backend services
• Practical knowledge of Git
• Practical knowledge of Docker
• Experience with APIs and system integrations
• Knowledge of relational or non-relational databases
• Ability to write readable, testable, maintainable code
• Knowledge of backend design best practices
• Ability to debug and analyze technical problems
• Independence and responsibility for delivered tasks
• Problem-solving mindset and focus on practical solutions
• Code quality focus and good development practices
• Continuous learning and openness to new technologies
• Communicative in Polish
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup
