Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services in Go for high-scale web applications and APIs powering a modern Hardware-as-a-Service platform. The role follows “you build it, you run it”, with engineers owning services from development through production. You’ll ensure reliability, performance, and maintainability while collaborating with Product and Frontend teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services in Go
• Build and evolve high-performance REST APIs for customer-facing applications
• Ensure reliability, performance, and maintainability of production systems
• Collaborate with Product and Frontend teams to deliver impactful features
• Own services in production (monitoring, troubleshooting, performance improvements)
• Work in a modern engineering environment (CI/CD, automated testing, Docker, cloud deployments)

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Golang
• Proven experience developing high-scale web applications and APIs
• Solid understanding of REST API design and backend architecture
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases
• Hands-on experience deploying and running services in cloud environments
• Experience working in a “you build it, you run it” setup
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving skills
• Fluent English
