Description

You will design and develop backend applications for fintech and crypto products, ensuring technical quality and system architecture. The role emphasizes performance optimization, testing, and collaboration through code reviews and mentoring. You’ll work with an AI-first approach, using AI tools to automate and improve development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications

• Maintain technical quality and system architecture

• Optimize application performance

• Write unit and integration tests

• Mentor and participate in code reviews

Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on backend development experience (any language)

• At least 2 years of commercial experience with Go

• AI-first mindset: use AI tools in daily work and create flows to automate tasks

• Experience in the banking industry or fintech products

• Understanding of business needs

• Relational database experience (PostgreSQL preferred)

• Knowledge of HTTP and REST
