Description

Design and build scalable AI-powered platforms focused on multi-agent systems, autonomous tool-calling, and production GenAI backends. Develop and optimize Advanced RAG pipelines (ingestion, semantic chunking, vector database integrations, reranking). Build high-performance, low-latency backend services with clean, strongly typed, extensible APIs for web and CLI.

Role Responsibilities

• Design and implement stateful multi-agent workflows and autonomous tool-calling systems
• Build and optimize Advanced RAG pipelines, including data ingestion, semantic chunking, vector database integrations, and reranking mechanisms
• Develop high-performance backend services with scalability, low latency, and concurrency
• Create clean, strongly typed, extensible APIs for web and CLI applications
• Improve reliability with resilient error handling, monitoring, and recovery strategies
• Collaborate with AI and platform teams to deliver production-ready GenAI solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience
• Expert knowledge of Go (Golang)
• Hands-on Python experience, especially in AI and Machine Learning ecosystems
• Experience building AI applications using agentic frameworks and AI orchestration, RAG architectures, vector databases, token streaming, and memory management
• Strong understanding of asynchronous processing, event-driven architectures, state machines, streaming protocols, and distributed systems
• Experience designing and building scalable APIs and backend platforms
