Description

You will provide end-to-end production support for application processing in a critical payments environment. The role emphasizes incident and problem management, root-cause analysis, and implementing solutions locally using Bash and SQL. You will work closely with global stakeholders and contribute to releases, patches, testing, and platform stability.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily production support, including incident resolution and problem management after resolution

• Provide technical expertise to identify root causes of system problems

• Implement locally developed solutions using Bash and SQL

• Support test activities related to new deployments

• Collaborate with stakeholders worldwide

• Review, design, and redesign processes using new technologies to improve performance

• Participate in weekend change releases, application code deployments, and technical component patches/updates

• Contribute to data validation, development, deployment, and testing activities

• Support team goals by helping and occasionally leading initiatives to achieve shared objectives

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Linux system administration experience

• In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes and SQL

• Practical scripting experience with Bash Shell

• Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills

• Ability to work at pace

• Advanced English proficiency
