Description

You will support critical production applications used across global markets businesses and help improve stability, performance, and resilience of trading and markets platforms. The role emphasizes solving problems at scale through automation, deep incident investigation with root-cause analysis, and strengthening monitoring and observability. On-call and major-incident support are part of the responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support critical production applications across global markets

• Build new capabilities for a Large Observability platform

• Investigate and resolve complex incidents and performance issues

• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes

• Build automation to reduce manual operational tasks

• Enhance monitoring, observability, and alerting capabilities

• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve resilience

• Drive continuous improvements across the production estate

• Participate in on-call and major incident support when required

Requirements

• Experience working as an SRE, Production Engineer, Platform Engineer, or similar

• Strong Linux/Unix administration skills

• Good scripting and automation experience, ideally with Python or Shell

• Experience with monitoring and observability tooling such as Prometheus and Grafana

• Proven experience supporting large-scale, business-critical systems

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Engineering-first mindset focused on reliability, automation, and continuous improvement
