Role Description

Senior Production Support Engineer supporting operational stability and resilience for payment platforms, with a transition toward 24/7 support.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support production environments
• Manage major incidents and drive incident resolution
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and support problem management
• Restore service and enhance production stability
• Support changes and releases in production
• Manage operational resilience and stakeholder relationships
• Provide on-call and out-of-hours support

Requirements

• Experience in production support for payment systems
• Expertise in major incident management
• Hands-on skills in service restoration and RCA
• Working knowledge of SWIFT and payment processing platforms
