Description

Support critical banking applications in a global environment, ensuring production stability for payment, settlement, cash flow, workflow, and regulatory reporting processes. You will run incident and problem management, manage changes, monitor systems, analyze logs/data, and automate repeatable tasks. You will collaborate with UNIX, database, and network teams and assist with Disaster Recovery testing.

Responsibilities

• Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management

• Technical support for production applications

• Monitor environments and processes

• Analyze and resolve incidents using logs and operational data

• Automate recurring activities

• Support Disaster Recovery tests

• Handle production change activities, including technical risk analysis

• Coordinate with upstream/downstream system teams

• Knowledge transfer and cross-training

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of professional experience

• Very strong practical Linux/UNIX knowledge

• Advanced SQL and database knowledge

• Shell scripting experience

• Programming language experience (preferred: Python)

• Production/Application Support experience

• Strong analytical and logical troubleshooting skills

• Ability to independently diagnose technical issues

• Very good English

• Ability to work in an international environment
