Description

You will provide user support for client environments, mainly handling issues on Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices, and performing routine service and installations (hardware and software). You’ll implement a cybersecurity standard in client settings, including account management, monitoring, and backup/restore operations, while maintaining L1 documentation. You’ll also work with advanced endpoint security areas such as hardening and controls like BitLocker and 802.1x/802.1q.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ~90% user support for clients and troubleshoot problems on Windows devices

• Implement the cybersecurity standard in customer environments

• Perform hardware/software service and installations

• Manage user accounts, monitoring, and backup and restore of workstations

• Maintain documentation for L1 support

• Work on security-focused endpoint topics (e.g., hardening, BitLocker, 802.1x/802.1q)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT user support

• Detailed knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11

• Czech language proficiency and strong ability to communicate with users

• Reliability and willingness to learn new technologies
