Description

Provide expert consulting to hospital customers using the FONS Akord hospital information system through in-person meetings, phone, email, and Helpdesk. Support and manage the system remotely, train users individually and in groups, and help implement new solutions and functionalities. Work closely with analysts, developers, and other consultants while gradually building very strong knowledge of relevant system functions in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert consultations to customers (in person, phone, email, Helpdesk)
• Support and administer the hospital information system remotely
• Train users individually and in groups; help them use the system effectively
• Collaborate on implementation of new solutions and functionalities for customers
• Coordinate and communicate with analysts, developers, and other consultants

Requirements

• Minimum secondary education (technical or healthcare field)
• Interest in healthcare, information systems, and working with people
• Clear and pleasant communication skills; ability to find practical solutions
• Independent, organized, and responsible work style; teamwork mindset
• Very good user knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office
• Valid driver’s license category B; willingness for occasional customer travel
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Advantage: basic SQL Server administration knowledge
• Advantage: basic administration knowledge of Windows and IIS servers
• Advantage: experience in healthcare or with support/implementation of information systems
• Advantage: knowledge of the FONS Akord hospital information system
