Description

Lead end-to-end product user experience design from discovery to implementation, partnering with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure customer success. Drive agile design initiatives, integrate AI tools to optimize design workflows, and influence product strategy through storytelling backed by research and data. Validate and refine designs using experimentation, advanced testing methods, usability test plans, and metrics such as retention and usage impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX/product design success across discovery to implementation
• Collaborate with Product Managers on GTM, Sales, and Customer Success strategy
• Represent Design in agile ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional alignment
• Integrate AI tool functionality to optimize workflows and design efficiency
• Use data and research to shape product strategy and identify new AI-driven opportunities
• Mentor junior team members
• Track and measure business outcomes using product design metrics
• Draft usability test plans; conduct and analyze user research
• Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs
• Run and analyze A/B tests to validate design choices and iterate
• Lead iteration and experimentation using testing and data analysis
• Prioritize product-level design initiatives to deliver high-impact work on time using agile practices

Requirements

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, UX Design, HCI, Industrial Design, Psychology, Media/Communication Design, or related; or Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master’s
• 1 year of experience as an Industrial Designer, UX Designer, Product Designer, or related
• Within that 1 year: experience using Figma, Maze, User Research, Wireframing and Prototyping, and Interaction Design
