Description

Own and lead end-to-end UX design from concept to execution across key consumer touchpoints, maintaining accountability for quality across the full experience.

Use AI as an active part of the workflow to generate and synthesize user insights, accelerate discovery, build rapid prototypes, and close the gap between design and code.

Collaborate with product leads and engineers to translate research and user analysis into design decisions that deliver real business impact.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in product design with a track record of delivering high-quality consumer products end-to-end

• Active use of AI tools throughout the design workflow for strategy, insight synthesis, discovery, rapid prototyping, and design-to-code development

• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with a high personal craft bar

• Strong attention to detail (hierarchy, motion, typography, micro-interactions, animation) and ability to articulate design quality standards

• Experience using motion to elevate product quality (strong plus)

• Proactive mindset to push for the right technical solution rather than the convenient one

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
