Description

Own and proactively drive the full UX/UI design process for a single actively developed digital product. Work iteratively with developers and product to deliver design that matches what’s buildable, while maintaining a consistent, high-quality user experience. Define and evolve the product design system and participate in planning and refinement as part of the broader product.

Responsibilities

  • Lead UX/UI design end-to-end with strong ownership and proactive direction

  • Collaborate closely with development and product teams; iterate rather than “hand off” finished work

  • Define and develop the product’s design system

  • Participate in planning and refinement; think about the product as a whole

  • Ensure UX consistency and quality across all stages

Requirements

  • Experience designing UI/UX products for digital platforms

  • Strong daily use of Figma and Adobe XD

  • Understanding of design principles with the ability to justify choices

  • Experience or willingness to run user research and usability tests

  • Good communication with developers and ability to convey specifications clearly

  • Proactive approach; identify what needs attention without waiting for instructions

  • Ability to work effectively in a small, fast-moving startup team

  • Availability for full-time or part-time work (including 3 days/week in the Warsaw office)

Benefits

  • Real impact on product development—co-creator, not just an executor

  • Work with an experienced, multidisciplinary team

  • Opportunity to realize your own ideas and initiatives within the product

  • Chance to contribute to building something ambitious from the inside

Recruitment Process

  • Two-stage hiring: a short HR call, then a meeting with the product team

  • Portfolio or case studies required; they want to see both outcomes and your thinking process
