Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a long-term international project delivered for a European Union Organisation.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business needs, requirements, and user stories
• Elicit and analyze requirements/user stories
• Model business processes using BPMN
• Create and maintain analytical and project documentation using appropriate modeling notations (e.g., UML)
• Apply problem-solving and collaborate effectively with stakeholders

Requirements

• Has gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of the software solution
• Knowledge in business processes modelling using BPMN notation
• Knowledge in requirements/user stories elicitation and analysis
• Knows analysis/modelling notations like UML (capability diagram, activity diagram, state diagram, logical data model etc.)
• Proficient in using modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS Architect or others
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation effectively
• Problem solving skills
• Mastery of SharePoint and SharePoint platform-specific tools
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing business needs, requirements and user stories
• Exceptional collaborative skills
• Versatility in technologies and platforms
• Certificates:
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent
  • Certified UML Professional certificate at foundation level or BPM 2 fundamental level or equivalent
  • Equivalent certifications recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority)
