Description

Key Role Objectives: The Business Analyst Role will involve bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You’ll work with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and ensure alignment between business goals, functional specifications and development output, ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Create user stories, process flows and business cases
• Support development and QA teams throughout the SDLC
• Translate business needs in technical requirements
• Manage documentation and workflow diagrams

Requirements

• Extensive experience in requirements gathering and elaboration, stakeholder management and process modelling
• Technically proficient; able to manipulate and verify data using python and understand project architecture
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Extensive experience with Agile Processes and Scrum methodologies and environments
• Proven track record in leading and facilitating scrum teams to deliver requirements and projects within scope and budget on time
• Strong project management and team communication skills with experience working in Agile environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to make and own technical decisions
• Ability to translate business goals into technical execution plans
• Relevant qualifications and certifications (degree in business administration, finance, economics, management information systems, computer science, or information technology; IIBA or PMI certifications)
• Prior experience in the EdTech domain (e-learning platforms, digital classrooms, LMS) is a must
