Description

You will own the external view of one or more platform layers, mapping the ecosystem, engaging priority targets, and translating signals into product decisions.

You will prototype technically sound partner integrations and create working proofs-of-concept that kick off product creation.

You will also collaborate internally to scale solution adoption and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own an ecosystem map: who matters, what they build, and where gaps exist versus platform strategy

• Build a prioritized target list and define engagement theses

• Translate external landscape signals into concrete build vs. buy vs. partner recommendations

• Lead outbound engagement with founders, operators, and investors in the ecosystem domain

• Develop peer-level relationships with AI startup founders

• Identify partnership, integration, and M&A targets early

• Prototype integrations between partner products and the Nebius stack

• Scope partner architectures to understand where integrations snap together or break

• Define the technical narrative and reference architecture for each partnership

• Produce working proofs-of-concept to start product creation

• Work with ISV partners, SI teams, and field teams to scale adoption and revenue after readiness

• Bring outside-in frontier signals into leadership and contribute to platform planning as the ecosystem voice

Platform Focus Areas (Depending on Fit)

• Agentic: agent frameworks, memory systems, tool integration, orchestration, guardrails

• Managed Inference: inference runtimes, model routing, optimization tooling, serving infrastructure

• IaaS / Managed Infrastructure: cloud-native integrations, GPU orchestration, sovereign cloud, enterprise infrastructure

• Data: vector databases, retrieval systems, data pipelines, labeling infrastructure, synthetic data

Requirements

• 8+ years operating across product strategy, business development, and ecosystem/partnership development in AI or infrastructure

• Deep technical fluency in at least one platform-layer domain

• Genuine relationships with AI founders and VCs

• Experience as a founder, early operator, or investor in AI or infrastructure

• Comfort going hands-on to prototype integrations and produce working proofs-of-concept

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Comfort building without a playbook (create the process)
