Description

You will co-create product goals, roadmap, and backlog for a Finance Forecasting Hub at the intersection of finance, advanced analytics, machine learning, GenAI, and agentic AI. You will translate finance business needs into clear product priorities and design solutions, driving the lifecycle from discovery and MVP to production rollout and scaling.

Success means delivering business value quickly, simplifying complex processes and dependencies, and building stakeholder trust in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Co-create finance product goals, roadmap, and product backlog

• Translate business needs into product solutions and priorities

• Identify and develop AI/ML and advanced analytics solutions

• Work with AI, data, and engineering teams to design and implement solutions

• Lead product delivery from discovery and MVP to rollout and scaling

• Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and deliver value in short iterations

• Build stakeholder engagement and support data-driven decision-making

• Collaborate with global business and technology teams

Requirements

• Experience in end-to-end digital product management with responsibility for business results

• Documented success delivering measurable organizational value

• Strong competence in AI, GenAI, agentic AI, machine learning, and data analytics

• Experience participating in the design and implementation of AI-based solutions

• Ability to define business problems, challenge assumptions, and propose effective solutions

• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders in an international environment

• Agile experience managing product roadmap and product backlog

• Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, technical, analytics, and business teams
