Description

You will lead the product vision and execution of a unified ecosystem of solutions for sellers. You will own the product roadmap, design a seamless experience for discovering and activating relevant solutions, and develop scalable partnership and monetization models. You will also explore how AI can help sellers find and use the right tools more effectively, working with sellers, technology partners, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the high-level Product Roadmap, define scope and time budgets, and secure stakeholder approvals
  • Build a unified, scalable partner ecosystem and integrate core extensions (accounting, inventory management, price management) to improve merchant experience
  • Enhance operational efficiency with embedded interfaces for a seamless, native user journey
  • Design commercial monetization models
  • Benchmark competitor platforms to map market standards, trends, and feature expectations
  • Structure value propositions for different seller stages and identify key platform user needs
  • Establish high-quality standards for the API ecosystem to ensure reliable integrations, data security, and tailored support for standard partners and professional integrators

Requirements

  • Experience as a Product Manager in e-commerce, SaaS, or API platforms; demonstrated strategic planning and roadmap ownership
  • Analytical mindset with competitor benchmarking and value proposition mapping across customer segments
  • Experience using AI to improve productivity and applying AI across product discovery, development, and delivery
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for joint workshops and cross-functional alignment
  • Proactive problem-solving, including robust platform integration standards and monetization model structuring
  • Fluent English (at least B2) and Polish (at least C1)
