Role Description

You will care for the current network of installation partners and help them use and correctly configure smart solutions. The systems support functions such as lighting, heating, air conditioning, shading, security, and energy management for homes and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the network of installation partners
• Provide technical and commercial support to partners
• Train and support partners in using the system
• Test new features and collaborate with the technical team
• Find technical solutions and support partners during project implementations
• Work closely with both technical and commercial teams

Requirements

• Interest in modern technologies, smart homes, and building automation
• Ability to solve technical problems and find solutions
• Enjoy communicating with people (e.g., customer service, retail, technical support, sales)
• Daily English communication skills (at least B2)
• Quick learner who looks for context and connections
• Careful approach and ability to complete tasks
• Advantage: technical education
