Description

You will provide first- and second-line support for SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise ERP/business applications, handling incidents, service requests, configuration changes, and user administration. You will also support business process management and enterprise systems (including document management and expense/travel tools), participate in testing and deployments, and document solutions. In addition, you will work on integrations (APIs/web services), assist with ETL and data migration, and support RPA/workflow automation while collaborating with end users and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line support for SAP S/4HANA or other ERP applications
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related incidents and service requests
• Support system configuration changes, master data maintenance, and user administration
• Assist with testing, upgrades, and deployment of application enhancements
• Liaise with end users, vendors, and technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles
• Support BPM solutions, document management systems (including Oracle DMS), and expense/travel systems (including SAP Concur)
• Monitor data interfaces and investigate integration failures
• Support integrations using APIs and web services; handle JSON and XML data formats
• Assist with ETL processes and data migration activities
• Support RPA solutions and workflow automation initiatives
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements; support process mapping and business process improvement
• Participate in digital transformation and automation projects, including evaluation, testing, and implementation

Requirements

• Experience in IT application support, ERP support, or related IT roles (junior candidates with relevant technical knowledge are welcome)
• Basic understanding of enterprise business applications and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL
• ETL concepts and data processing knowledge
• APIs and system integration fundamentals
• Experience/knowledge with JSON and XML data formats
• Understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• IT infrastructure fundamentals (servers, networks, cloud concepts)
• Knowledge of application support and troubleshooting methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
• Attention to detail, self-motivation, and willingness to learn new technologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
