  • Prepare, hand over, take back, and securely process laptops

  • Issue/collect and record workplace equipment (laptops, phones, SIM cards, monitors, and related items)

  • Maintain up-to-date records of devices, users, licenses, warranties, loans, and service visits

  • Update and create user guides, FAQs, and basic operational documentation

  • Assist with user testing and rollout of new applications, digital solutions, and AI tools

  • Identify recurring problems or repetitive manual work and help propose improvements (guides, standards, self-service, automation)

  • Escalate complex requests to experienced internal IT staff or external IT partners when needed

  • Gradually take on additional tasks as your experience grows

Requirements

  • Strong interest in computers, technology, and AI

  • Good orientation in Windows and common office applications

  • Ability to follow instructions and independently think through the issue

  • Can describe problems clearly and document what was tried

  • Knows when to continue alone and when to involve experienced colleagues

  • Calm, friendly, and understandable communication with non-technical users

  • Careful, reliable, patient, and organized approach to ticket/task documentation

  • Meets deadlines and ensures requests are completed

  • Willingness to learn new applications, procedures, and technologies

  • Comfort with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365

  • No prior IT practice or IT degree required (technical mindset is key)

Benefits

  • Flexible working hours; availability from 9:00 to 16:00

  • Occasional work from home

  • Support from experienced team members and gradual onboarding

  • Hands-on experience with hardware, user accounts, cloud services, corporate apps, automations, and AI tools

  • Opportunity to find which area of IT fits you best and develop further

  • Varied work in a stable Czech group

  • Full-time position in Prague 6 (Karlovarská)
