Description

You’ll provide technical support to organizations using an online giving platform: handle inquiries, find the root cause, and help drive solutions. The job also includes maintaining and documenting technical support processes, and keeping help and website technical information current as the platform evolves.

Responsibilities

• Answer technical questions from organizations
• Resolve organization-specific problems and requirements; escalate more complex requests to the technical team when necessary
• Manage requests so they always have a clear next step
• Support the process setup of the technical support function under the supervision of a technical lead
• Maintain and continuously update processes as the platform and team change
• Document technical procedures and keep documentation organized
• Collaborate with technical and support colleagues to resolve specific requests
• Ensure help content is updated according to platform changes
• Keep technical information on the website up to date
• Collaborate to make technical information available and understandable for organizations

Requirements

• Strong technical foundation and systematic problem-solving approach
• Ability to independently research with documentation and online tools and get oriented in new systems
• High preference for order in tasks, data, and processes
• Careful execution and ability to follow through on tasks
• Clear written responses to inquiries, including clarifying what the organization needs
• Work according to defined processes and flag when something isn’t working correctly
• Open to candidates without years of experience if they have relevant knowledge, practical experience, or personal projects
