Description

You will participate in the implementation and ongoing support of the KARAT enterprise information system. The work includes preparing customer requirements analysis, designing solutions within the customer environment, testing them, and proposing process optimizations. You will also provide consultations, advice, and regular training, while following legislative changes relevant to the domain.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a customer requirements analysis
• Design a solution in the customer’s system and test it
• Provide consulting, advisory services, and training for customers
• Propose process optimizations
• Track legislative changes in the field and recommend how to incorporate them
• Deliver regular trainings
• Work closely with a coach and exchange feedback with the team

Requirements
