Description

You will analyze and document customer requirements for an ERP/economic system and convert them into functional and technical specifications for the development team. The role includes proposing new solutions, optimizing existing functionality, and diagnosing and resolving errors. You will also provide analytical and consulting support directly to system users.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document customer requirements
• Convert customer needs into functional and technical requirements for development
• Propose new solutions, develop the product, and optimize existing functionality
• Work with the development team to implement changes
• Diagnose and resolve error states/incidents
• Collaborate using Enterprise Architect, SQL, Oracle, and Git
• Communicate with end users and provide analytical/consulting support

Requirements

• Experience with IT/SW analysis and the ability to prepare development assignments in technical detail
• Strong orientation in ERP/economic systems
• Understanding of accounting, taxes, and corporate economics (e.g., accounting reports, tax control filings, cost center accounting)
• Ability to work with SQL and Enterprise Architect
• Knowledge of modeling tools and standards (e.g., UML, BPMN)
• Understanding of the software development process and strong technical orientation
• Ability to effectively use AI tools during work
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into concrete solutions
• Independent and responsible, with strong teamwork skills
