Description

You will analyze business requirements and user needs, model “AS IS” business processes, and propose recommendations for improvements. The work includes preparing system analyses, requirement specifications, and project documentation, with close collaboration with development teams. You must be able to support system-change analysis in an Agile delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and identify user needs in systems-development projects for the investment sector

• Analyze and model “AS IS” business processes and create recommendations for changes and improvements

• Prepare system analyses, requirement specifications, and project documentation

• Work closely with development teams to implement changes

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in projects developing systems for the investment sector within banking

• Ability to analyze business requirements

• Ability to analyze “AS IS” business processes

• Ability to analyze system changes

• Familiarity with Postman and PuTTY

• Knowledge of modeling tools (e.g., draw.io, Enterprise Architect)

• Practical use of Jira and Confluence

• Broad analytical ability for documentation and for searching and analyzing logs

• Ability to work in Agile mode
